Newton's Ryan Fischer held off Kittatinny's Jacob Mafaro with a 5-0 decision and sophomore 106-pounder Nathan Fitt sealed the match with a second-period pin as the Braves emerged as victors at Kittatinny High School, according to Andrew Tredinnick of New Jersey Herald.
The Braves improved to 3-0 in the NJAC Freedom Division.
Bernards edged neighboring Ridge 33-31.
